What is the procedure for returns?
Solution
All returns must be made within 10 working days from the day the goods were delivered to you. If you want to return a product, please contact us
admin@shopeastwest.com
to receive a RMA number and to get instructions on how to return a product
Please include either the original or a copy of the invoice plus the RMA number you received from us.
In case of a return under 10 working days through the “Distance Selling Act”, your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive the product back.
